The winner of the logo contest is Kyle Peters. This young man, a life-long resident of Centerville, entered
the logo contest with an 8.5"x11" drawing of his vision of this town. He incorporated the change through generations of this
area, including the importance of the Centerville Arches, some still standing today. Another key aspect of the drawing was
the notable "Old National Road" connecting the East to the West in the late 1800's.
Izzy
Ringley, a graphic designer new to the area, was glad to work with Kyle on this project to transform his vision into
an illustration usable by various medias. The finished result was received well by all members of the Bicentennial Committee
and town leaders.
